Our shipping policy

We ship everywhere in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Domestic orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping.

We also ship internationally to all locations accessible via UPS. Depending on the location, import fees may apply. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.


Order Processing and Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Allow an extra 5-7 days to process orders containing a personalized item.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@laelap.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


After your package is delivered

Be prompt to pick up your package after it has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost packages after the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If there are other issues you'd like us to review, please refer to our return/exchange policy or contact us at support@laelap.com.
