Can I use this as my dog's everyday collar?

Absolutely. In fact, the idea for our beaded pearl necklaces came to us as we were searching for an elegant and comfortable replacement for the traditional dog collar. Our necklaces are lightweight, durable, and add a touch of sophistication to your dog's look. To attach your dog's ID tag, you can add an optional sterling silver attachment piece to your necklace. Please note that our necklaces are not suitable for use with a leash and we recommend always using a harness when walking your dog.

Is this safe for my dog to wear?

Rest assured, we have taken special care to design our beaded pearl necklaces with your pet’s safety in mind. The foundation of the necklace is made using a wire with a stainless steel core, which is known for its high tensile strength and ability to resist breaking or deformation. This provides added durability and allows the necklace to handle even the most active play sessions.

Will this irritate my dog's skin?

We use only high-quality, hypoallergenic materials like natural pearls and glass crystals to make our necklaces.These materials are gentle on dogs' skin and are not known to cause irritation.

To ensure a comfortable fit for your dog, we designed our beaded pearl necklaces to be adjustable in size. By using the clasp to hook onto different spots along the sterling silver chain, you're able to make the necklace tighter or looser as needed.

Are these necklaces only suitable for small dogs, or can larger breeds wear them as well?

Our beaded necklaces are suitable for dogs of all sizes, from small to large breeds. We offer a variety of sizes, but if you don't see the size you need listed, don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to create a necklace personalized to fit your dog's unique size and needs.

How long does it take to receive my custom necklace?

We take pride in crafting our necklaces by hand, and because of this, we ask that you allow an additional 2-5 business days for us to customize your necklace before shipment. However, if you need your necklace sooner and have chosen expedited shipping at checkout, we will prioritize your order and ensure it is shipped out as soon as possible.

What if I need to return or exchange the necklace?

Each necklace we create is uniquely customized for your dog, so once the necklace is made, we cannot sell it to anyone else. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom items like these necklaces. However, if there is a mistake with your order or an issue with the product, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
